The Martian

The Martian is a science-fiction movie directed by Redley Scott which is adapted from Andy Weir’s novel with the same title. It was released in September, 11 2015. This movie tells us about a survival story of a crew of Ares III (a group of NASA Astronauts) Mark Watney, who has trapped on Mars after the vast dust storm hit their Mars Ascent Vehicle (MAV). The other crews left him alone because they think that Mark is dead when they are separated by the accident. Consequently, Watney has to survive on Mars until the next NASA’s mission to Mars arrives and they will bring him back.
The movie was so enjoyable with a humorous story plot. Although the movie received so many critics, for me personally it does give the audience a real science. Scott has successfully made the visualization of Mars. The detail images of the land on Mars that are portrayed look accurately the same as the red planet.
From the value perspective, I think the important lesson from this movie is to keep working on making plan in any condition because bad things can happen unpredictably in your life.
